I've been using Thunderbird and Quickbooks for several years, Quickbooks have an email batch feature which auto creates and sends emails this is not working

QB 16, and a new computer running windows 10, unable to auto send email from QB thru thunderbird. get a error message that tells me to restart thunderbird.???? IS this a thunderbird issue or QB issue or a win 10 issue
