There is a ton of info on how to get this FBI ransomware off Safari but none about how to get it off Firefox. I have uninstalled and re-installed, cleared history and tried to reset all to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

hold shift while launching firefox, hit reset firefox in the window. This will cause addons and custom prefs to be lost. Bookmarks and history will not be lost.

You can force to close (kill) Firefox and possibly delete the sessionstore.js file to prevent opening those windows on the next start.

Set the Integer pref browser.sessionstore.max_resumed_crashes to 0 on the about:config page to get the about:sessionrestore page immediately with the first start after a crash has occurred or the Task Manager was used to close Firefox.
