I was unable to complete the instructions sent to me by David to install my address book after having to reinstall Thunderbird on Windows 11.

I uninstalled Thunderbird ESR because I am not an organization, but it also uninstalled my general Thunderbird account. I quickly reinstalled a general Thunderbird program, but my address book did not reinstall. When I asked for help, David quickly responded with very clear instructions. I was able to follow them to the Windows file explorer page, where there was no back arrow highlighted. On that page I saw two abook programs -- abook.sqlite-shm and abook-1.sqlite-shm. I went back to Thunderbird, as instructed, and followed the directions to the sqlite option. But when I clicked on that, it took me to my pictures and I could not find a way to enter either one of the abooks. What do I do next? HELP!!

The file is explicitly abook.sqlite. The others are built on it. If the folders are still there, please look again. I regret you're having this difficulty.
