Formatting bar not showing

Hi,

I cannot see any formatting bar in my "new message" window. I cannot change my text format, I tried to change a lot of settings but nothing seem to work.

I also cannot customize my signature - the html just shows weird and not as expected

Stai componendo in testo normale anziché in HTML. Quando fai click sul pulsante [Nuovo messaggio] o sul pulsante [Rispondi] tieni premuto il tasto delle maiuscole sulla tastiera e dovresti avviare l'editor HTML.

Se il problema è questo, posso poi indicarti come rendere l'editor HTML predefinito.
