When launching Thunderbird, I get a pop-up saying Server "outlook.office365.com" reported en error. Further not all sent email are showing in the Sent Items folder. How do I track down and fix the error?

well you might start by actually advising what the error is. We are at this point left to guess what "When launching Thunderbird, I get a pop-up saying Server "outlook.office365.com" reported en error" means and I can assure you it is not much to base a guess on. What is the message verbatim?
