I just moved my emails to a new windows 11 computer, but my verizon.net account will not connect. The error message says server pop.verizon.net with username schjd failed. please. can you give me some guidance I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Verizon and AOL require an APP password when using email clients on a PC. I believe you must go to the AOL site and select the security page and can set up the APP password there. See this page for more info: https://help.aol.com/articles/Create-and-manage-app-password

typical setup: Outgoing smtp.aol.com, 465, SSL/TLS, OAuth2 authentication, email address Incoming imap.aol.com, 993, or pop.aol.com, 995; SSL/TLS, OAuth2 authentication, email address
