I have no idea what you are talking about. but extensive searching led me to this support topic https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1521687 which contained exactly Zero useful information.

The bug reporting system has this bug which was fixed in V140 and 140ESR. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1971121

Does that sound like your bug or are you suffering with something entirely different.
