Sometimes the I accidently moved a folder to somewhere and I don't know where it was moved into and I can't find it, or don't know what folder was moved.

Can you please make an Undo folder setting, so that whenever it was moved, it can undo back.

Maybe you could use the following add-on so that the folders are not moved accidentally: Disable DragAndDrop (New) https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/disable-draganddrop-tb-v2/
