Incoming email settings, where are they?

I suddenly stopped getting email. I got messages from microsoft 365 about duplicate accounts. We messed around with that, got messages to go out but they still won't come in. I found the account settings, but I can't find the place in Thunderbird where you can change the incoming settings, just the outgoing settings. Can someone help?

click account settings, highlight the desired account, and then click the 'server settings' link in left column
