Hi Gillian

mmm? Where you running TBd 1st, then decide to make a donation, then found TBd not co-operating? Were these the steps? Please also post the operation system used ... if Windows which version, If linux which one... this might help others to see why this occured.

Gillian, why could you not install Thunderbird? Please share more details of the problem. What did you do? What happened?
