Mail folders not all downloading

Hi,

I installed Thunderbird on my windows 11 desktop pc a few days ago which went fine. I have it connected to 3 email accounts but it has only downloaded some folders for each account and there are others left to download but this isn't happening. Can anyone advise how to fix this?

more info needed. is this POP or IMAP? Please be specific about download not happening. error messages? maybe a screenshot of incoming server settings pane?
