Hi there

I have forgotten my Modzila Thunderbird e-mail primary password on my windows laptop, as I have been using the app for awhile without having to input the password for quite awhile now. I have entered a few times a few alternatives but could not remember it.

It does not give me any options to recover / reset the password nor it informs me if I have locked the account.

Not sure what to do here, any help?

You can reset the primary password, but that would also delete the account passwords Thunderbird has remembered. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-your-primary-password-if-youve-forgotten-it
