You must be in 'online' mode. It's not possible to 'Send Now' if you are in 'offline' mode. Create email click on 'Send' button or use shortcut keys 'Ctrl+Enter' OR use menu and click on: File > Send Now Or use keys: Press 'Alt' and 'F' then 'D'
