my new email accounts added disapear when i shut down Thunderbird

I have few @Gmail accounts imported in Thunderbird. I like Thunderbird. I added another accounts (many times) and if I shut down Thunderbird, when i reopen the new accounts is disapeard, no more existing. I added again and the same situation. I found a same question on this forum from 2023 but was archived without a reply. Thanks for someoane help!

Have you checked to see if the account that you made exists in the profile folders after you've created it and once it's gone? One of the things I'd be doing would be to determine whether the account has been created in the right place and at what stage it gets deleted.
