Oauth2 selection option missing in SMTP server setup

When setting up for authorization in sending email from Windows Live account, the Oauth2 option (as seen in the guide) is not available to select ? See Picture

I have seen that resolve itself, usually by exiting and restarting thunderbird.

In my experience, I have found that clicking the 'edit' button would cause the Oauth2 to be accepted. Otherwise, I have no suggestions.

Sorry - did not help. I have set up with Pasword for sending and that works so I can still send mails.
