i mistakingly deleted my primary password. i cant remember it and even though i entered a new one, i cant recieve or send any messages. HELP

To reset the primary password, Go to tools>Developertools>error console - enter this text 

   openDialog("chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xhtml")

- the Reset button should appear. All passwords for accounts will be deleted
