Does SpamSieve work with Thunderbird?

I have been using a different email client for a year or so but am now returning to Thunderbird. The other program links SpamSieve and is, in that respect, very effective. I have not been able to see a way to make Thunderbird talk to Spamsieve. Is that possible at all?

Hello ANCHinNK,

Unfortunately SpamSieve will only work with older Thunderbird versions .....

Ok McCoy, Many thanks for the quick response. It's a shame about SpamSieve, but I'll still stay with Thunderbird.
