how to fix broken Firefox video buffer?

I will keep asking! Videos only buffer a few seconds ahead. I messed with about:config in the past so I can buffer full videos (it worked) and now the buffer is broken. I uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it on my android phone...still no fix. What are you devs doing to Firefox? Is this a sales plot with isp's to try to force poor people to buy more expensive internet? Still waiting for a reply and a fix.
