Any way to block migraine-on-mouseover on Amazon?

Hi,

I am struggling with severe migraines due to noise/pain bombardment. After severals days, I am considering active noise cancellation instead of heavy passive nose protection. But now I have worse migraines due to zoom-on-mouseover on some Amazon pages.
