Hi all, since yesterday I can't use Firefox on my pc @work : it simply crashes everytime i try to launch it. I've already tried to uninstall and make a clean install, start in safe mode with no luck.

hi pivsxii, this crash is caused by the websense security software that is running on your device. i presume that's in a corporate environment - please get in contact with your it department to make sure that websense is fully up to date, as it has the tendency to crash newly released firefox versions until they adapt accordingly. another option would be to install an esr version of firefox: Old versions of Websense cause startup crashes in Firefox

Update WebSense. If there is still a problem, call their support.

Ty for the answers guys. I've already found out that Websense was the problem checking my own log : my Websense version is 8.2.3331 if needed. I've also already opened a Ticket to my IT group to let them know this issue.
