Tomorrow, February 20, is the release date for Firefox 123.

Some users are reporting a problem with desktop notifications stealing focus and opening a new window on the Windows Taskbar. There is a bug fix in Firefox 124. It seems logical that sending notifications to the system should solve it immediately, but I haven't seen confirmation that it does.
