When I add sites for exceptions, why isn't this carried with my Firefox account and it shows up in every instance of Firefox when i am signed in? It is a nuisance to keep re-adding them everywhere. Also, when Firefox updates, why do I have to re=enter what I already done. It is a pain.

i want to kepp my original profile as the new ones ccreate more problems as i lose everything i have and have to start from new can i keep my old profile as i am not liking the new irefox perhaps others do i do not please

do you want to lose your original people cause that is what you have done you have lost me i am able to try and keep tthe original profile but for how long with the new foi irefox i have lost all my password my extentions book marks and al ihave put there it is horrible and i am sure i am not he only one complaining about it I HATE THE NEWEST VERSION

I have a new xfinity account with XB7 gateway. All of my devices are connected and operational. Attempts to use Fire Fox and most other browsers to access the internet are blocked with the following notification: "Your connection isn't private. Attackers may be trying to steal your information from www.firefox.com (for example passwords, messages, or credit cards). NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID. This same message shows up with attempts to open browsers from bing, google, etc. However Wikipedia opens with no error notification.

So I have received a 90 day restriction from FB.Groups. I have been restricted from Meta/Facebook groups accused of Fraud and deception. I'm realizing this may be due to your VPN product. Is this likely? Have you seen comments from other users who were suddenly and without recourse restricted in this manner? Please advise. [edited email from community support forum]

Earlier. I purchased the annual subscription for Mozila's VPN. But after finding out it impacted my browser's performance negatively, I tried to cancel it. It got cancelled. But I haven't been refunded yet, and noticed that the card number on the receipt is completely different than the one I used, in fact. None of my cards have the number shown.

I just spent a considerable amount of time replying to a answer to a question I that I also have. I added a screenshot and all. To post it I clicked the Post Reply but where did it go? I cant see it so have no idea if the intended has viewed it or not Any ideas please.

When I’m on a screen that asks for my email address, it shows me two addresses to pick from, and I don’t use either one. I’ve searched everywhere, and can’t find where it’s getting these email addresses from. How can I change this?

Constantly a doc, a video, a spread sheet will shrink and I'm typing and no data is being entered because the app has shrunk - and the data has to be re-entered. It's a big waste of time, effort.

I was having trouble with folders in Thunderbird on my desktop which were different to my Thunderbird folders on my android phone. I deleted Thunderbird from my desktop and also the profiles. I wanted to start again, but Thunderbird will not reopen. How can I get Thunderbird to open and start over with the setup. I am enjoying Thunderbird on my phone and it has all the folders from the email server. Thank you
