I'm using Windows 10 on a PC. Norton Security app is preventing web browsing by Firefox. The message I get is: "We prevented your connection to ful.hartonly.com because it is a dangerous webpage. Threat category: URL:Blacklist" I can still web browse using Google Chrome without any problem. What is ful.hartonly.com and how do I clear it?

This problem has never happened before. This happened in the last few minutes. The whole screen suddenly went blank while I was trying to find out today's weather. I am suspicious of malicious interference with my computer. Any help you can give me will be reassuring.

My version is the most recent, 152.0.6.

After a few minutes, text searches in the address bar unpredictably stop working. This might happen right away, or it may take a while. The result is always Secure Connection Failed The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

Here are the problems that I encounter literally every day: Randomly unable to access GMail: account selection entry screen does not respond, or drop-down account selection when logged on does not respond. Randomly unable to access URLs embedded in emails. Browser locks up unpredictably. Videos in Facebook randomly fail to render: the audio plays, but the bottom half of screen completely blanks. Randomly unable to access websites in general: "secure connection failed". Randomly refuses to search for terms entered in the address bar, with "secure connection failed". Widgets on web pages randomly fail to respond.

I'm using the VPN that comes with my AV package, and turning it off makes everything work again. However, I'm certainly not going to turn off part of my web protection (which I am paying for) in order to get Firefox to perform basic browser capabilities. TBH, all of this started when Firefox started aggressively promoting their own VPN, so it's quite tempting to put two and two together.

I would prefer not to resort to Edge or Chrome, but at this point I don't see an alternative as they do not have these problems and Firefox has basically become unusable.

While In the British Virgin Island would it be possible to stream Pandora or Spotify through the Mozilla VPN? Would the streaming platforms think I am in the US? I’ll be using my IPad Pro 13 or my Iphone 17. Would I simply open the Pandora app on my device or would I need to log into the pandora site through the Mozilla browser? Thank you, BF

I get the following pop ups, the blue-green ones in images. When I click "CANCEL" I get the McAfee window shown. Can't find where the popups are coming from. I was able to get rid of on another computer by uninstalling Firefox, but lost stuff. I use ESet now and wouldn't go near McAfee again. Does anyone know how to get rid of this?

Hi, I have been using Firefox for Windows for almost three decades. I have an ASUS VivoBook with a fully patched Windows 11 Home Edition 64bit operating system. Firefox is my default browser, with Microsoft Edge as the back-up should things go awry. Well, they have with this Firefox upgrade. It effectively blocks me from using my NordLynx VPN. There is no connectivity at all if I have the VPN on. If I pause it, then no problem. What gives? This has never happened before.

Nord VPN has already been given permissions through my Windows Defender Firewall. So how and why are you programming a solid wall against my utilizing it's functionality?

I would like your input before I start hard troubleshooting, since this is totally on your end.

When I try loading certain sites while using Proton VPN i get the following error message: Server Not Found. If I disable Proton VPN and enable the VPN on Firefox the site come right up. Can someone please tell me why this happens and how I can make these load using Proton VPN?

Certain websites can be reached and displayed, however when using their page search, it says access denied on this server. I've tried using another browser but the same message comes up. However, on my phone, and tablets, I have no problem.

Every new version of firefox just gets slower and slower. Now with version 152.4, I try to load a website, it just continuously tries to load, doesn't even if load the page just has those 3 dots to indicate it is loading. Nothing ever loads

I am starting to think switching from firefox is necessary at this point because no other browser has this issue like firefox. No other browser consumes a ridiculous amount of memory like firefox does.

I did adjustments to my anti-virus as recommended, did the settings changes on firefox to speed it up as recommended, still same issue.

When you guys create a new update, please focus on speed over security and ensure it loads faster. I am likely going to revert back to an older update or switch browsers, because I don't care about security so much as actually loading a website.

I never got this before but now i get this every week. restarting my computer does not fix the problem. this sucks! the article to fix this are way too complicated. how do I fix this? I use Ccleaner and reboot, but that does nit fix the issue either. HELP!

I have a problem with yfdnzfa.com coming up as blocked - malware in my Malwarebytes program every time I open your browser. Anyone else have this happening?

I run Nord vpn, I always exit FF with a bunch of open tabs so I can continue where I left off. When I launch my vpn I either get a page with Secure Connection Failed, or sometimes your something about forbidden. My nephew told me it could have something to do with "keep alive" and the vpn doesn't know the same route is no longer available until it tries to send data. He says there are settings for keep Alive connection or to shorten the connection duration.

once in a while when I fire up my vpn it will load new tabs without issue, usually I have to keep turn Nord on and off until I finally works.

When the VPN is turned On it acts like a dead switch and locks All bookmark toolbar links as well as Search entries stays locked and will not activate? makes FIREFOX dead in the water. (using Brave Search engine) Any advice?

Malwarebytes is picking up and blocking an outbound connection request from Firefox - www.highperformance.com. Anyone else experiencing this?

I continually get error messages for webpages. I turn off my VPN, clear my history. Not sure what else I need to do. Last one was the webpage for Lindt Chocolate. Come on. Why am I getting error messages for this? I have been on this page before. There are other places also, like Macys. Getting fed up with Firefox.
