The new Pop Up in Firefox that asks me to choose how to open the link I want tosend to share with a relative, or a friend is driving me crazy. I'm 82 years old, I'm legally blind now and this new POP UP has to be disabled or eliminated somehow. I've searched instructions on YouTube and triedd under Privacy & Security, Permissions and disabled PopUps BUT The new Pop Up in Firefox is till functioning. Please may I give you permissiontoremove it in my account!!!! Please could you do thatforme because I'vetried every suggesion ad I can'tseemto disableit or removeit. Firefox for Android does not work properly with Android screen readers. When browsing websites, many accessibility elements such as checkboxes, combo boxes, edit fields, buttons, and other controls are not announced or navigated correctly. This makes web browsing very difficult for blind and low-vision users. The same websites work much better with Google Chrome and Android Accessibility services. Please investigate and improve Firefox's accessibility support for Android screen reader users.

I downloaded and installed the latest version of Firefox. Every email link in my mail.com email.com account now fails with this message: Error Code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG No Firefox setting changes are helping, but if I forward that and other emails with a link to another mail account I have, they links work perfectly fine. So I ave to conclude it is a Firefox issue, but I don;t understand how to fix it. Can anyone advise me, please? [redacted] @writeme.com

Pixel 8a, 256GB/120GB free, Android 16, Thunderbird v16.1 Thunderbird stopped sending and receiving emails after several months. My storage is not full. I also deleted messages to be sure. I checked my android settings as indictated in the troubleshooting guides and have been unable to resolve problem. I have it set to automatically download emails. Manually checking emails by using the "refresh" button does not work either.

The update 140.13 messed up my computer-again. My Mozilla Thunderbird emails, folders are gone, my address book is still there. All personal email messages and folders are gone. I am a member of the Foster Care Review Board and I can not recreate my folders that were saved with information. I have information on the state court system, but now the business and information messages are gone. They are just as important as to what the court system has. This happened with the last update and it was a horrible mess. I was never able to get anything at all back from Thunderbird. I had to set up emails again recreate email folders and individual saved folders to move forward. This time, like the last update, the computer keeps crashing when Firefox is open, the update changed settings in Firefox and on my computer. Wiped out restore points and my partition drive. I need to get rid of this update and don't tell me how dangerous going backwards is because what happened now is absolutely worse. I run anti-spyware, clearing cache, etc. on a daily basis. I have anti-virus programs running 24-7. No problems whatsoever until this update. Someone please tell me how to get rid of it. I am looking for another email program and another browser. I have used Firefox forever, but I am done, moving on to something that doesn't change my settings, delete my email programs or crash my computer. I do not need or want this stress. I am using Windows 10. Any insight to restore my Thunderbird folders so I can move them to a non Mozilla email program?

I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED, BUT I THINK SINCE 151 THE CC ON YOUTUBE NO LONGER RENDERS CORRECTLY. THE FONT WILL NOT SHOW UP WHITE NO MATTER HOW YOU TOGGLE AND ADJUST THE SETTINGS ON YOUTUBE. THE STOCK SETTINGS WILL SHOW GREY FONTS MAKING IT VERY HARD FOR CC USERS TO READ.

CHROME DOESN'T HAVE THIS PROBLEM AND THE FONTS SHOW PROPERLY WHITE.

After being on the right side for decades, the Options button on the remote content box was moved to the left side. How does this improve accessibility for the average user? Is there a rational reason for doing so?

I am visually impaired and need to increase the font and make them clearer, but I can't find any help with that problem. I guess if you have problems seeing the page, there is nothing you can do to make it better.

I'm trying to use ctrl+f to use the find function on my Samsung tablet S11 to no avail. I found the article saying to use the 3 dots next to the url bar, which works, but significantly increases the amount of time it takes me to do so AND I have to redo it for every single page. Is there truly no way to use keyboard shortcuts? That feels a bit insane to me...

This audit is to ensure our compliance with the updated Americans with Disabilities Act Title II Rule on Web Content and Mobile App Accessibility regulations in advance of the April 2027 enforcement date.

Does an Accessibility Conformance Report or VPAT with the WCAG standards used and conformance level noted exist for Thunderbird? We are hoping to find these for Thunderbird Desktop as well as Thunderbird Mobile (iOS and Android).

Hello, I am using fire fox on a Nothing phone 4a Pro. Recently the page formatting has changed on YouTube. It wasn't originally like this... As you can see in the photos, when browsing through a channels videos it has them organized in a weird manner to where I cannot read video titles... The YouTube homepage has also changed. I think my app updated and then it automatically formatted YouTube this way. Firefox YouTube on my Samsung and iPhone are not having this problem.

In Windows 10, FIREFOX is preventing the proper operation of the Windows 10 feature called MOUSE KEYS when FIREFOX is operating. MOUSE KEYS is a very important capability to individuals with certain disabilities.

MOUSE KEYS enables the use of the numbered keys on the NUMERIC KEYPAD to be used to move the cursor around when the NUM LOCK key is turned ON, as a substitute for using a mouse. Does Mozilla have a way to prevent FIREFOX from defeating this MOUSE KEYS feature?

Google AI indicated that there is a solution specifically for FIREFOX. That capability is built into FIREFOX and begins by using "about:config" to reset a parameter named "permissions.default.shortcuts" from either "0" or "1" to "2". I successfully implemented the steps in this solution by changing that value from its default value of "0" in my computer system, to "2", but no change resulted. MOUSE KEYS continued to malfunction in the same way.

After exhaustive testing looking for a pattern, I finally found one. The malfunction appears to be the following: With the MOUSE KEYS feature activated in the WINDOWS 10 set up, and with NUM LOCK turned ON to assure that this function is ON, each of the numeric keys, 0 through 9 on the keypad, cycles through the different MOUSE KEYS functions of all ten of these keys, in ascending order by their number. For example, if you press key 7 for ten times in a row, it will cycle through each of the ten MOUSE KEYS functions associated with the keys 0-9 to occur, returning on the tenth press to the function that was executed the first time that key 7 was pressed, and so one endlessly through multiple cycles. And similarly for each of the other ten numbered keys.

A similar type of malfunction of MOUSE KEYS occurs with any BROWSER program that I have tried, including GOOGLE CHROME and BRAVE. I gather from GOOGLE AI that browser programs INTERCEPT the codes generated by the numeric keys on the numeric key pad and change those codes before sending the codes to the WINDOWS 10 operating system, and thus to MOUSE KEYS, for execution, causing this problem.

Is there a solution for FIREFOX what will restore the proper function of the MOUSE KEYS feature of Windows 10, when FIREFOX is being used? Thank you for any help that you can provide.

Hello, In FF 152.0.5 (aarch64) on macOS 26.5.2, I am noticing that every website that has a checkbox in a form does not work the way it should. The only indication that the box is checked is a slight "highlight" around the edge of the box, nothing actually in the box. See attached screenshot from the USPS website.

Also, the NO checkbox wasn't even visible until I clicked the area next to it. It was just blank.

I've seen this for set-up pages for WordPress plugins and on standard contact forms (using CF7 plugin) where the checkboxes so very little or no interaction to the user at all.

Grant it, I know now what to look for and how to use these. But any standard user is going to be absolutely confused by this unintended (I Hope) browser behavior.
