I am getting Firefox on my tablet so I can use a Portable device. You are on my desktop as advised by my son. He years ago advised me to learn email. To do so meant a non credit class at the local university. It is now many years later and I a retired nurse seeks his advise for all computer related things. Email for communication has been very important as my family is in Saskatchewan, Alberta and BC. In the past I did travel out of Canada but did keep my family aware of my movement and did book my own transportation, accomodation etc. Email allows this. I felt secure using Firefox to do this. You have proven my son was wise in his advise. I can trust Firefox. Vera Hamilton

The concern I have is why the "Send Tab" feature in Firefox for Android isn't in the same place as in the desktop version? It is easily found in the sync menu (shown as the user's email address) but in the Android version it's under share instead of the sync menu where it belongs. Why isn't there any consistency between platforms? Consistency is very important for ease of use, efficiency and user satisfaction. Please at lease try to lix this issue in the next subversion or the next version, which ever is more feasible.

When I set a shortcut for a website, I just get a randomly colored icon with the first letter of the domain in the center from some website . This happens even though the websites have proper favicons — I checked. The issue seems to be with the app itself, not the sites. I also tried it on a freshly installed latest firfox browser, and the problem persists. One example is https://www.perplexity.ai/, which doesn't show its icon either.

I have some websites that require pop-ups. I cannot get them to work in Firefox on my Android phone. Google searches reference a setting under "privacy and security" where I should be able to allow pop-ups in general or for certain URLs only, but I don't have that setting option.

I have Firefox version 139.4 if that helps.

When browsing with Firefox, I press the back button & sometimes it goes back a couple of pages instead of one page. I'm using the latest version of Firefox on Android 14

Multiple times a day, I'll open Firefox Mobile and find that the settings have reset themselves: The tabs are set up in grid view, and the homepage has had sponsored shortcuts added, with Google, Wikipedia, and something about trending stories pinned, as well as stories/sponsored stories toggled back to on.

This happens multiple times a day. Sometimes I will open it and find that not only have my settings reverted in this manner, but *multiple* Google/Wikipedia/trending shortcuts have been pinned.

How can I stop this from happening?

I can't access reddit.com on Firefox for Android. I have no problems accessing it on Firefox for PC or Mac. It was loading fine this mornig, but for the past couple hours, I've been getting "address not found." I have cleared my cache and all browsing data. I tried force stopping and restarting the app. I've tried restarting my phone. Nothing fixes the issue. Anyone know what the problem might be?

Firefox Nightly on Android used to have a secret option to split the toolbar with the address bar on the top and the new tab, extensions, etc buttons on the bottom.

This feature was removed after 139.0a1 and hasn't returned. How to I restore this functionality?

I've been sitting on the older version for a couple months and would like to upgrade, but a combined address + toolbar is absolutely a deal breaker. Thanks!

Not adjust numbers bar for sign in. Due to this problem I am unable to sign my account. In other browsers it works properly like chrome and opera etc. Please check attachment

No idea who is responsible for the UI on mobile devices (android in my case), but what I noticed lately, it starts to upset me. First of all, the url bar is clogged with icons and I can't even see the website address (screenshot attached). This needs to change. In my opinion, seeing the website url is really important, I don't want to see icons that I never use or use them VERY rarely. And my second issue, is that the bookmarks menu is at the top of the menu, and it's impossible to reach it with one hand using one finger. This should be put at the bottom, because in my case I use the bookmarks very often, and this annoyance really gets me. Also, regarding bookmarks, why can't we move the bookmarks up and down? We only have the delete button, but no moving options. Example - I have a folder named Movies with 10 saved bookmarks. Inside this folder I want to move 4 bookmarks down and 3 up. Can I do this on android? No. Why? Because. So, is it possible to add these BASIC functions in a future update? Thanks.

Prior to the 6/16/25 release, hitting the back button on the three button control on a page with no previous pages would open the home page without closing the current tab. After the update, it closes the tab before opening the home page. This was useful for quickly opening multiple tabs, as well as preventing accidentaly closing a tab. Please revert this change, or make it a setting.

As of this morning (7-5-25), the app Firefox and only the Firefox app turns my entire phone screen grayscale when it is open in the foreground. The color transition takes about a second, and if I tab to another app or the home screen it takes about a second to transition back to full color. I cannot find any active grey scale settings in either my phone or the app. I have downloaded no extensions to my knowledge.

Can you please add the "Malayalam" language to this browser? I don't use this app because it doesn't have this language. Can you add this language to the translation? 🙏🏻
