I uncheckd the checked box labled "check spelling as you type" to disable it and it's still showing spellcheck. It's gettingin the way of me typing and being able to spell on my own. It's extremely annoying that I can turn off a featire and the progra will just ingore that I've turened it off. Why is this an actualy problem? why doesn't this button just work? I want it OFF... Please.

FF now won't access facebook or amazon websites. FF worked yesterday but wouldn't access either site today. Both Google and MS Edge access both sites. I have cleared cash and reinstalled FF with no luck. Help Please

Recently several sites, including Zoom.us and Genesis.com, no longer work in Firefox on my PC running Windows 11. For example, when I log into Zoom spinning wheel indicating the system is working keeps spinning and never lets me enter my password. Yet if I use Edge everything works as it should. I really want to be able to keep using Firefox as my default browser.

it's my fault and i don't know what i did: set FF to always restore previous session but closed several multi-tab windows when tabs were restoring, including - i think - truth.social.com, which was carrying one of those windows, possibly misusing the restore all tabs selection.

the best way to help is for you to draw a picture of me, deleting by mistake, and then reporting to you.

i will continue on my own, reviewing the "help" focusing on "restore", and will put as many tabs (ugh) back in windows they belong in. don't worry. it was me, and the effort will be worth it.

When using the Vertical tabs layout, is it possible to display the items of my Bookmarks Toolbar on the vertical sidebar? (screenshot attached)

I know that on vertical sidebar, there's already a star button at the bottom to open bookmark. But I want to display the items of my Bookmark Toolbar directly on the sidebar. Is it possible?

FIrefox version 145.0.1 on a Windows computer.

Recently, whenever I open Firefox all my bookmarks are gone.

Booksmarks Toolbar is set to Always Show.

The only way to make them show is to uninstall and reinstall. And I have to do this every single time I turn on my computer. Getting very sick of this very quickly.

Your not on my apps default list. I was told to uninstall Firefox, and reboot and re-install, I had premium adblock, now I don't, and Firefox still on the default browser list? Whatup? How can You help Me?

When trying to download statements from my TSC webpage, I cannot find the download button that is usually displayed in the upper, right-hand corner. When I use "downloads" from the dropdown menu, nothing appears in the download box that pops up.

Hello, I want to get rid of the list of "recent bookmarks" - I don't want other users of my computer to see them. I've already set Firefox not to record history. Online search provided no useful information. My Firefox is always thelatest version. Hope you can help! - Raymond

While using Anthropic's Claude Ai utility in Firefox, I began receiving constant errors, stating that Claude was unable to download files, but continued to allow me to download files. As of tonight, download has stopped and just fails. Nothing gets downloaded.

I believe I had all this synced in Firefox Settings before I made the upgrade. Like all you fellow former users of Windows 10, I had to upgrade to Windows 11; and did so two days ago. Now, I found that I do not have under History any of the former sites I not only visited but also had tabs open. What can I do, if anything, to recover them? Under the Add-ons Manager, if this helps, I already had the app Tab Session Manager, but don't know how to use it. Thanks to all in advance who may have made this same upgrade. Many out there are still on Windows 10.
