I love my current Firefox settings, bookmarks, folders and color, background image, dark mode. All I want to do is to create a Firefox browser backup file. I don't want to restore or sync anything. I just want a backup file in case of computer failure to restore to my next computer if ever necessary. I'm using Windows 10. I think they used to be "json" files? The only "Backup" link in the menu only addresses Restoring from a file. I just want to create a backup file for this current browser just the way it is. Is there a simple solution? How do I edit my e-mail address to a new one? I have to change all my accounts due to my current e-mail provider retiring their domain and switching to a new one.

We are a high school alumni association and Firefox is used primarily for our social media sites but yesterday it started not opening our Facebook page properly - doesn't open the whole page, won't open the comments and if you click on something it just sits and spins

Since upgrading to 147 last night, ChatGPT does not work and there are issues with other websites (Amazon side bar). Numerous people reported it on reddit. Any suggestions for a fix?

After upgrading to version 144 in Windows 11, the portable version of firefox stopped opening, the splash screen appears and shuts down. If you run firefox.exe, it works, but the portable program itself crashes and won't start. There is nothing in the logs, antivirus is off, windows security is turned off. How to fix this?

Hello! Recently i migrate to Windows 11 25H2 and when i use sleep mode and open browser after waking PC up - browser opens without all previously opened tabs and i need always use Ctrl+Shift+T to restore them. Sure, checkbox to "restore all previous tabs" are on. BUT! If i reboot PC (via shutdown or Shift+Reboot) and launch browser - all previously opened tabs are present. Found this issue 2-3 weeks ago and still cannot fix it.

How do I get into Mozilla settings and make sure Firefox updates are set for windows 11? Also, I need to track a package with UPS today & their website says pop-ups needs to be on. How is that done?

I am having an issue with my Instagram account on PC (web version).

I can log in successfully, but after logging in the page does not load. It only shows the Instagram logo and stays stuck on the loading screen. Refreshing the page does not help.

Important details:

Instagram works normally on my mobile phone (app)

The account is not blocked or disabled

I changed my password successfully

I tried different browsers (Firefox, Edge, Chrome)

I cleared cache and cookies

I tried private/incognito mode

The problem only happens on PC, not on mobile

Because everything works fine on my phone, I believe this is a problem with the Instagram web version or a browser-related issue on your side.

Please check my account and let me know how I can fix this or regain normal access on PC.

This is a brand new problem, for me. It just started today when using FireFox. On nearly all websites, including Mozilla support, when I click on an embedded link on a site, firefox asks me to select an app to open the https. Even if I tell it to let firefox open all https, it still asks me everytime. to make it better, it still doesn't always let me open the link and I go through the same thing when I click the link again.

This also happens when clicking on the search box in *any* search engine, e.g. Google, Startpage

I've attempted to change all cookie & tracking settings, no help. I even uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox.

This is making FireFox useless.

I had to use my default browser, Brave, just to submit this question. I only use FireFox for social media accounts, sites I need to link to my sm accounts and the occasional web search. For example, linking my Etsy shop to facebook. When I clicked the link "link to facebook" is when I noticed this problem.

Hopefully this may reach Mozilla Connect maintainers/developers. After posting a topic or a comment in Mozilla Connect, I struggled to find it. Somehow I found out there is a page "My Unmoderated Items", which is not referenced from my account, from main menu or anywhere reachable. Once you know the link or leave it open, it looks fine, but finding the page again is a real struggle.

Would you please add "https://connect.mozilla.org/t5/premod/moderationitemspage/tab/unmoderated:idea" to all relevant menus so that the user can find it easily?

Hello, I would like, with userChrome (css), to make it so that the active tab has no line at the bottom, but that there is a line that starts on the right side of the browser and when it reaches the tab, it wraps around it (goes up on one side, comes down on the other side, and continues horizontally from the other side. I included a picture that illustrates this on an older version of Firefox.
