I am using firefox on linux since ~10 years. Currently running latest FF on Kubuntu. I always had setting set to forget all cookies and session details except of search history on exit.
Since approx 2-3 weeks (latest update?) those settings don't work. FF remembers everything regardless of settings I chose.
Does anyone have idea why this is happening now and how to fix it?

I had a desktop that had my ICONS bookmarks such as Homedopt, Mendards, Amazon, TractorSupply, CubFoods, Samsclub and 16 others and now it's all gone ---- I am PISSED. How do I go back to what I had ????????? I can't figured out to install bookmarks ICONS on a blank screen. When I pulled my a HOMEPAGE I did have my bookmark ICONS on that screen. NOW I get is websites I looked at 3 or 5 minutes ago. WHAT Gives? Do you guys (Developers) have contestant every week as to who can add a . or a , someplace??????? to add a update???????
