Hello there!
Trying out Firefox in Windows 11 after not having used it in several years, and right away I am faced with a major problem that I cannot figure out: I am not receiving Gmail notifications!
I keep Gmail open as my first tab, at all times, as seen in the first screenshot I've attached.
In Gmail itself, in said tab, I have gone to the SETTINGS wheel -> See All Settings and scrolled down to the Notifications area, and clicked the link that says Enable Desktop Notifications. Firefox prompted me about the notifications, and I of course chose "Allow". As seen in the second screenshot I've attached, the offer to enable desktop notifications isn't even there anymore because it has been allowed. And notifications are set to ALL emails in the main tab, with a loud sound to play as well just so I don't miss it.
And lo and behold, the only notification I am getting is a blue dot under the pinned tab under the Gmail logo
There is no sound played that I've heard, but more importantly, no popups on my desktop and nothing waiting in my system notification center
I am using Windows 11 Enterprise
Thanks in advance for any assistance
