Hi, I've been using the latest Firefox version on 2 MacBook Pros, and the bookmark favicons are lost when syncing to other devices. They remain on the host device, but are not transferred to the synced device. This is my first attempt at syncing anything in Firefox, so I don’t have any previous settings/files that could be interfering.

Also, “Tabs from other devices” in the Firefox View window lists all of the tabs grouped together, and there are hundreds in the list. How can they be grouped by window (the same way that they appear in the browser), and is there a way to have them sync directly in the windows (w/ fwd/back history in tact) so that each browser appears identically when switching from one device to another?

I recently got a laptop to make my work more flexible and wanted to transfer/sync my Mozilla Firefox data from my desktop PC. I logged into my Mozilla account and synced the laptop with Firefox on my desktop, but it doesn’t open the tabs that are currently open on my desktop.

My question is: is there a way to open all tabs at once, or do I have to open each one individually?

The welcome addition of Tab Groups I just noticed on updating my Firefox, however looking through help and documentation, it's not clear to me if Tab Groups syncrhonise across devices (or at least desktop devices) as like recently added to Chrome. Wished to check if this is case

Need to know how to transfer "Other Bookmarks" from my old desktop Firefox to my new desktop. The other bookmarks does not show on my new desktop. Any suggestions?

My Macbook Pro's Firefox has a convenient bookmark toolbar, my Mac Air's FireFox does not. Can I find a setting on the latter to restore my settings from the former?

Today when I powered on my pc and opened up firefox all tabs were lost.

I have the option to retain tabs when opened up enabled.

I could not find them anywhere, so I had to search opened tabs from the other synced devices and click on each of them, and create again all the tab groups.

This is a big problem if randomly all the tabs can get lost, am I doing something wrong?

Another thing : I thought that when I create groups of tabs, and save them I coul retrieve them across all my synced devices, but the other devices can not see those groups, is this a normal behaviour?

How do I automatically open all current Firefox tabs from one laptop onto a new computer? I just set-up Firefox app on a new laptop computer, and want to automatically reopen all the tabs that I have open on the old computer onto the new one?

How do I do this without going individual tab by tab?

Hello, I received an email from you asking me to change my Firefox password for account security reasons. When I changed it, all the data synced in Firefox with my email was deleted. This upset me greatly because I lost important data and saved websites. Please restore the deleted data. Thank you.

Hi, I've seen others ask this same question in archived posts with no proper answer.

How do I select all tabs to be imported from a synced machine? I have the list on my sidebar, I can import or close one tab at a time, but there is no menu available to select them all (there are many). Right-clicking on the device name etc. does nothing.

Windows 11, Firefox 141.0
