For a few weeks now I have been unable to obtain email addresses from my bt address book when sending emails. If I type an address it often disappears when I press send. This makes it nearly impossible to send to a team list.
BT tell me that the email set-up is working well and it must be a server problem. They suggested clearing the history and cache on FireFox which I have done but no change.
Other servers seem to be ok but I don't really wish to change from Fire Fox which I have used for years and well set up.
Please could anyone advise?
There's no option to "Refresh Firefox."

Windows 11 : Fix this ASAP I delete all tabs, close firefox, reopen and I get 5 tabs which seem to be STUCK. I delete 3 of these tabs, go about my work, none of those 3 are open, and I shut everything down. When I reopen Firefox, those 5 "default tabs" (the 3 I don't want have migrated over from I don't know were - both Chrome and Edge open with New Tab.)
I have enough other problems in my life - and done't tell me to create a new profile. At that point I'll kill firefox and end my donations to Mozilla.
How do i get to troubleshoot mode
Please set my Firefox as my default web browser
Settings won't update. After restarting my browser, any settings that were changed revert back to what they were before (Note: Not default settings)

Firefox always opens in new tabs instead of new windows. I cannot stand it it makes things hard on me trying to see what i have open on my laptop.
Comment symbols are showing on all my PDF's. How do I stop this?
