I paid for a service that I now found is offered by you for fre.e. Why should I continue to support Firefox? What are you doing for me that is supposed to engender loyalty? Are you joining the litany of big companies purporting to be trustworthy and supportive of those of us who don't want to be lied to? Want to earn my trust? Refund my money ... or that trust will be forever destroyed. Please advise when you will refund my money? Thank you. False advertising is not the way to cultivate trust. Years and years, destroyed in a single greedy move. Shame on you.

I have quicken and every time I can successfully log onto the Bank of America website, but once I click a link the browser returns to the login page. I do not have this trouble with any other browser. Thanks, Mike

i do not care about football, i have never shown any interest in football, why am i getting football related recommendations by the browser

I have looked at some of the comments about Firefox automatically opening pdf docs. Myu concern is twofold. Most importantly the password in the doc is somehow being overriden; that is a severe security issuen for me. Destroys the whole concept of security. Makes me very uncomfortable and may discontnue using Forefox after more than 15 years. Secondly this caught me by surprise; it only occurred for the first time this morning. How can i overcome this to prevent Firefox from performing merely as a browser?

Firefox desktop saved logins not appearing on android. Sync enabled on both devices yesterday. Previously worked fine, kinda frustrating having to manually re enter everything.

I have a problem loading the page "claude.ai". yesterday it was working perfectly but today Firefox shows me a blank page. I really don't know what to do. I tried to clear the cache, going in private mode, forcing a reset, closing and reopening. What's the problem? Thanks

Hello there's just been an update on my laptop for Firefox.. and now I'm logged out of every account I had opened on my browsers!! I googled this and seemingly this problem has happened before with Firefox..

My browser is always open with a lot of open tabs that needs login. Every time the browser updates a beta update, I must restart the browser and all the logins are lost and I need to login to all my different ongoing tasks (google mail, rumble and other pages with login) in the tabs. How can I set up the Firefox browser so I only get the full version updates (like 152.0) and not the beta versions (like 152.02) ?

I have a remote chap who needs this lap top to connect to net. he is installing a program for me remotely. This old computer is fine for the Toyota techstream but will not allow internet pages it has internet explorer not working

First time user. Setting up homepage. Can't get rid of the Amazon tile. Clicking the 3 dots only gives option to pin or dismiss. Clicking dismiss does not remove it. I have disabled Firefox sponsored shortcuts AND stories, shut down and restarted the computer twice and it is still there. I want it gone please help.

When I long press shortcut and choose remove, it does not remove. Some will others won’t. I don’t think it is a sponser shortcut because I think I originally put it there.

Every time I log into MOZILLA_FIREFOX it asks to update. I have tried this before. I usually just hit that NO button...When I do click on the YES button & try to update...IT WIPES OUT EVERYTHING I HAVE STORED ON FIREFOX. EVERY SINGLE PASSWORD...SHOPPING LISTS...I'm done! I now once again have to go and recover all my information. Thing is....it updates automatically........so WTH is going on? I will start looking for aother browser...is this a scam or what?

The "one sentence" in the heading states the problem. I am unable to use Firefox. Using Safari to make this post.

Firefox loads. It opens windows (I had fourteen open when I last used it successfully; I have many, many tabs). Then it removes each window from the screen. Firefox is in the Menu bar, but no windows are displayed. The windows still show in the list when selecting Window in the menu bar. Selecting a window in that list has no visible effect. File>New Window opens a new window, which works as expected. With one new window open, File>New Window opens a second.

Typing a few characters in the address bar opens a dropdown with a list of tabs, each with the affordance, Switch to Tab. Clicking on one takes down the list but does not open a window.

I would like, for a start, instructions on how to use Firefox starting afresh with no windows. First: having set aside the data that causes this problem. I suppose that might be simply a new profile. But would like instructions from a person interested in pursuing the problem with me while I continue with the rest of my life.

I'm willing to delete some data from the failing profile, is there is reason to do that, but would like to preserve at least a list of the URLs of the tabs of the windows. Or to learn how to see those in the profile data.

I see four profiles:
