XML search results from the SEC EDGAR database appear to display now as flat text files under Firefox 153 instead of the SEC's beautifully formatted XML page display.

As a flat text files these are very hard to read.

Also when saving these files for processing, the save name is now "browse-edgar.html" when before it was "SEC.gov _ EDGAR Search Results.html"

Note also that when saving an html file the extention is intermittently .htm instead of .html.

When saving "DOM source of selection.html" as "text files" the extension will change to .txt instead of .html as it was earlier. When I save them a second time the extension will be corrected to .html as it was before. I have to catch these now or my Matlab code won't recognize the files in my download folder. I'm not sure which extension is correct.

How do I resolve scrolling issues (unable to scroll) on many websites. AI recommendations of clearing browsing history and cache have not been effective. Scrolling is possible using Google Chrome.

Had been able to use bill pay for my checking account on my Mac desktop. Now when I hit submit and pay it doesn’t do anything. I’ve been told it’s my browser. Please advise.

Hello Firefox Support, I need your help with a problem in Mozilla Firefox. I play Zynga Poker on my laptop. Firefox is much faster than other browsers on my computer, but Zynga Poker does not load. It only displays the message "Sorry, reload." Reloading the page does not solve the problem. The game works in Google Chrome, but Chrome is extremely slow, making it difficult to play. Could you please help me find out why Zynga Poker does not work correctly in Firefox and how I can fix this issue? Thank you for your time and support. Kind regards

I have always accessed my LinkedIn account on Firefox. Suddenly today, my PW does not work, and my email address for PW reset does not return a PW reset link. Cleared cache without success. I can access LinkedIn on Chrome. Can you suggest what I have done to my Firefox to cause this? Thanks!

Since I have been able to proceed and complete job applications to Indeed/Glassdoor in other browsers, I have to assume there is a setting somewhere in Firefox that is preventing me from completing these tasks. I would like some ideas, theories, and instructions to correct this problem sent to my email, [edited email from community support forum]. I have included some images of what I am getting. In some cases, I just get a spinning circle. In other cases, the screen goes "grey" and won't proceed. In the third example I have provided, the screen does nothing. Clicking the "Continue" button simply does nothing. It is as if the button has been rendered inactive. Thank you for your assistance.

Firefox version: Latest version on Mac. MacOS: Latest version. Issues: After a certain date, I did not know what happened. After that date, I was unable to drag the local files to my Synology Nas via its "Quickconnect" service in Firefox. I made several attemps trying to have this issue solved but in vain. Eventually I had to switch back to Chrome. By the way, I am able to log into Quickconnect in Firefox and delete files.

My folders suddenly stopped loading. When I log in, I can see grey boxes down the left hand side where my folders used to be. It looks as if the folders are trying to load, then the grey boxes disappear and all I see is in the screenshot I have attached.

I have followed the instructions GMX provides. Cleared the cache, etc. Those didn't solve the problem. The second attachment shows instructions that showed when I did an online search. Please ignore the second suggestion regarding Thunderbird. If these instructions refer to gmx settings, I cannot access them as you see by the first attachment, there is no way I can access gmx settings. The icons you can see only change how my inbox contents are displayed. If the instructions refer to email settings within FIREFOX, I am still stuck as I can find no help within FIREFOX on GMX settings that deal with these settings. After last mac update i have not been able to get onto my Farmille2 game ive been using firefox on my macbook air no matter what I have tried hasn't worked going directly to zynga just brings up chrome info which doesnt work can you please help ?

Since the latest firefox update, I cannot complete log in to yahoo mail account. I've been a Firefox user for over 14 years. It asks for authenication preference, then will not complete it. This is only since latest update form firefox. I'm on an older Macbook pro but everything else works.

I can't log into my Google account using Firefox. Can log in on Chrome using the same device so I don't think the device is the problem. It was fine until about an hour ago. When I attempted to click on a YouTube tab the tab closed. Any attempt to log in redirects me to a Google support page about deleting my cache and cookies. Which I've already done multiple times and I still can't log in.

I am no longer able to pay accounts using Firefox, such as my supermarket and Govt motor vehicle registration, so I have to do that bit through another browser. It used to be okay, until recently. Supermarket is through direct debit, and car reg is by credit card. I can do the order without any problems, until the actual payment is tried, at which time I have to go to another browser and copy the URL at that stage, and pay it. What may be causing that? I'm running Firefox on Win10 with no options to upgrade to 11. Since the latest firefox update installed, I'm getting a screen that says "Oops, something's wrong," and then I'm kicked out of gmail. A screen asks about sending a report to Firefox, which I check OK for. Today this is happening about every minute to 30 seconds . What needs to happen?
