It says it is there, but it says it is disabled or unavailable... I never disabled nor made it unavailable.

As the page says — browser can do it, your system perhaps not. If you open about:support you can check your Graphics section for webGL version/provider info etc.

Well, i checked the webgl2 and it says true... is there something else?
