You say to go to the download page and my version of Windows will be detected & you'll give me the correct version. However, IE 8 in Windows 7 won't go to your download page. So, I need to download from another computer and copy the file to the Windows 7 computer. This doesn't work when you detect that the computer doing the download is a newer computer. How do I tell your system to give me the Windows 7 installer?

Just seemingly out of the blue I started getting Firefox captive portal warnings. Most websites load normally but if it's a new site i.e. one I ahven't visited in a while I get the "you must log into this netrwork before you an access the internet" message. I am and have only and always been on my home wifi with this computer, it's a laptop but has never been out of my house. Forefox seems slow lately and I keep getting this message. Other browsers work fine by the way.

My entire Firefox account has disappeared, bookmarks, passwords, email, history, everything. I shut down my Mac Airbook when I left town Tuesday, powered up when I got home today and when i clicked on my Firefox icon at the bottom of the page, a new, unrecognizable Firefox page appeared asking for a signon rather than my default page, my email. Can you help me recover everything? Lloyd

Couple of updates back, Firefox quit working as before on a particular webpage. See attached images. Describing the webpage, this is from an embedded server on a Burk Arc Solo radio transmitter monitoring and control system. Accessing the webpage allows control over the transmitters in addition to getting readings on the performance of the units. The Edge browser shows how it's supposed to look, meter names and data values, they self refresh and show changes dynamically. Why is the Firefox no longer doing this? Note: this is at a remote site using remote desktop to access the machine watching the Burk. The machine is Windows 11.

I can access my credit union using firefox on my phone, or even this computer when using MSN. I can NOT reach my credit union on this computer using firefox. I get a 403 forbidden message.

I have vertical tabs enabled and the "expand when hovering mouse" option is activated (see screenshot). However, the latter functionality tends to glitch at some point in basically every session. I can't tell if a specific action triggers it, so far it seems pretty random. The glitch is that either the tabs are expanded and won't collapse, or the opposite: they're collapsed and refuse to expand when I point at them. Is this feature maybe still experimental? or something? I'm running Firefox 149.0b5 DEveloper Edition on Garuda Linux (Arch based).

Having a paid firefox relay subscription, can I incorporate Firefox relay masks into my Avira password management. I use a laptop under Windows 11, as well as a smartphone on Android, both using the same Avira password management software.

More precise, how do I prevent a list of firefox relay masks is  shown if an user name or email address is searched for/ or supposed to be provided by my avira password manager?

Can I prevent that a list of relay masks is listed by inserting/deleting a check sign in what setting? Thanks in advance and Regards.

firefox removed my bookmarks and they had no right to do so. This upsets me big time, and like everything else they have no phone line to cll for support. firefox is a real pice of work.

Links keep opening in new windows, and not within new or same tab. Shift key is not stuck and all toggles in the Tabs Opening/Interaction Settings field have been turned off
