Tangerine bank log in problem

When I try to log into Tangerine bank I get the error. "We're sorry for the inconvenience. This function is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

This issue started Oct-13-2025 and it appears to work when using Firefox ESR 146.01 but not the regular Firefox 146.01 versions. Tangerine is not giving me information on the error and I was wondering if there is a difference between the ESR and regular version that might clear up this issue?

It sounds like Tangerine’s site works with Firefox ESR but not the regular version. ESR is designed for stability and uses older, more tested features, which can sometimes avoid compatibility issues newer versions introduce. You might try clearing cache, disabling extensions, or using ESR if you need consistent access until the site updates.

I understand.

In the web developemnt under the field transfered is "ns_error_net_interrupt" does this suggest any ideas keeping in mind ESR works?

This issue appears to be specific to Firefox. It appears something is being changed in Firefox to cause it to fail to log in to Tangerine bank only.

I have noticed that the domain "/detectportal.firefox.com/" will get configuration information like DNS over HTTPs providers. Does this domain perform any other functions?
