When clicking on a redirect (Get recipe) to a new tab in the Bon Appetite site, Firefox causes a BSOD. No other browser does this. ver 113.2 64 Bit. (Reinstalled) No extensions in effect. Computer: I9 with 32 gigs DDR4 and terabytes of open space. Graphics: Radeon RX 580 - 8G All drivers up to date. VRam tested with OCCT

The big thing here is, NO other browser has this issue. I have whittled down system error logs to only DCom and LSA errors.

Any real help would be appreciated!

I placed an order through Firefox with Jockey.com on 05/31/2023 and now I cannot find the order. My credit

Video download helper is installed but icon is missing from toolbar and cannot be found where I'm told to look when I google the problem (i.e., view/toolbars/customize). Nor can I drag it to the toolbar from where I find it when I look under triple bar/addons and themes in the upper right corner of the toolbar. Where else should I look to find it?

As of a few weeks ago, I can no longer copy and paste when using Outlook for emails with Firefox as the browser. I have no issues if I use the MSN browser. When using Firefox, I can copy and paste in the subject line but not the body of the text. This is a real pain! I had no issues until a few weeks ago. If I try to copy and paste, I am able to copy but when I right click I no longer get a "paste" option. I now have an emoji option in its place. What's up with that?! I am using Windows 11 as the operating system on a Dell computer. Thanks in advance!

I have Windows 11 with Edge - I use Firefox link to duckduckgo. Duckduckgo blocks some actions as not have access and they are more difficult to track. But I am increassing unable to say go to windows in microsoft 365 in 11 ? what do I need to get this working as I need it . I am willing to change back to Firefox - but I have know interest in using goggle - I have been hacked several tiems through that browser. my email is [edited] @thecrawfords.com - I have my own domain. and more resectly it getting block as not valid when I respond to answer a question. My name is Alex. I'm currently using Doxy.me for telehealth purposes. The past couple of appointments I've had have had issues with microphone access. Whenever I connect to the site, I get prompted to request microphone access from Firefox, but when I press the button the browser doesn't give the permission prompt. I've tried refreshing the site/browser, checking permissions on the address bar and in privacy & security settings, but there's nothing there, and I can't manually give permission to the site.

The only change I've had is that I've recently built a new PC with Windows 11, I'm not sure if there's a compatibility issue and I can't find anything about it. I've considered using another browser but I don't like the alternatives and would really like to just use my default. Any tips?

I am pushing out bookmarks company-wide through Intune on users Laptops. I spoke with Microsoft support and the configuration policy is created correctly and I followed Firefox's support page in creating them. It seems that the new JSON script that tells Firefox what bookmarks is unable to parse.

Anyone know if Firefox had an update that prevents intune from sending the JSON file?

The YouTube videos load in troubleshoot mode, so I reopened Firefox and disabled all extensions. That did not help, so I uninstall all extensions. That does not work either. Other browsers work, but Firefox does not.

I bought a new laptop. I installed ZoneAlarm and Virus Protection for Windows 11 as I thought Maybe Wolf and Windows Defender might be the problem. I did everything suggested by Mozilla to get it to let me log on. To no avail.

I did everything. I still cannot get access to https://www.chewy.com - despite my logging in many many times. Please tell me how to fix this. This is STUPID!

The last day or two, I notice that once I have multiple tabs open in firefox, I cannot move/drag them around anymore in the tab bar, changing their order.

To date, I have restarted windows, restarted firefox, made sure both Windows AND Firefox are fully up to date (On a PC), and I have even tried starting FireFox in safe mode- I still cannot drag tabs.

my computer crashed yesterday because my ssd of my computer broke, therefore i had to reinstall firefox. Having done so and looging in, i cannot find my bookmarks, passowords, history, etc. I am sure i had my account always synced.

i am using a loaner laptop right now while i wait for my main laptop to be returned to me. i need my bookmarks so i downloaded the browser & went to log in. i can't find my password & apparently to reset it i lose all my bookmarks which is the ONE THING i need from firefox right now. i am fully logged into firefox on that other laptop (tho who knows now that i tried logging in on my new device). i can't risk losing all my bookmarks. i need some help here, but i couldn't even get help without creating a NEW firefox account. can someone send me a support email to reach out to?
