audio stops completely for exactly 0.4 seconds when un-pausing video, this affects any "interruptions" including skipping around, clicking on timestamps and any ohter type. issue stops completely when another youtube tab with a video playing is currently active.

i have tried any regular troubleshooting tips, including any and all forums i've found online to no avail. this is not happening in any other browser.

I got to PIA's website, i navigate to the download vpn section and from there, firefox blocks the connection and says the server is offline, Ive just done this chrome and edge with no issue, my issue is that its not only this site itll do this on.

I need to automatically apply message filters on all messages when copied to a subfolder (in Local Folders) with other filters from other folders and accounts. I copy e-mails to specific subfolder placed in Local folders from several Inboxes. My filters for this subfolder work but only manually applied. The existing conditions when to apply filters do not cover copying messages (copying is not getting new mail or archiving etc) . When i apply filters manually they work but next time i apply manually again all messages are effected - filters does not work only ones as when getting new mail. Is there any way to create filters working automatically and ones applied on some message not to effect it again when filter applied again to this subfolder?

recent firefox update can no longer copy and paste when creating a blog post in Squarespace, I have been using squarespace for around 15 years for my websites and I have never seen this issue, Firefox 15.1 installed and all of a sudden when trying to create a blog post in Squarespace, when I right click a text box pop up and it no longer says paste so I can no longer copy and paste text - this is more than a little annoying, you will not be surprised to know that I am now using Chrome to create my posts, there is no issue in chrome. I am a firefox geek! how can i solve this problem, I just did another update from Firefox, the issue remains I have been using computers for 40 year so I am not a novice but software glitches, I am lost

I have saved relevant e mails to local folders in my Thunderbird account on my Applemac. I opened up Thunderbird on my MacBook and downloaded my Thunderbird account but it did not copy those local folders, merely 1 empty folder. Without these also shown in my Thunderbird account when I am away from home, I cannot see those records. I am struggling to find a solution. Are you able to help please? Alan Dowler

If I try to log into my router at 192.168.1.1 I get a message that says "Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead". I expect that, but when I click on the Advanced button it doesn't do anything. Works fine with Chrome, so not my router or anti-virus. ???

Note that the site listed in the error message does not contain the S in https. I manually typed the address with the S and received the same message. I found your correspondence with aprilbrown77 on 8/15/23 and tried all the solutions suggested with no success. I believe Kohls change something on their website 3 weeks ago. My operating system is Windows 7 - 32bit and my Firefox version is 115.33.0esr. I have contacted others using Windows 7 and they all have the same problem. Please update Firefox to resolve the Kohls website issue for the millions of us using Windows 7. Thanks.

The issue and steps I tried to resolve: On 1 Jan 2026 I switched from Outlook client on my Windows 10 PC to Thunderbird 146.0.1. I did not import any user data from Outlook but started with a clean install of TB for the new year. I use yahoo.com with POP3 as my email provider. it all worked fine and I was very happy with the setup. Then from early to mid-February I was unable to use my computer. When I finally accessed Thunderbird again, it connected to Yahoo and showed that approximately 800 email messages would be downloaded and started downloading them. After downloading about 100 messages, Thunderbird timed out and I haven't been able to get it to work since.

I have removed all messages from the Yahoo inbox and tried to find one or more messages that may be affecting the download. I don't know the best way to determine that.

I use Windows Defender for my antivirus. I don't see anything in Defender that blocks or scans email messages which would prevent downloads, although I could be wrong about that. if this might be the issue, please provide some guidance about how to check Defender.

I have uninstalled and re-installed Thunderbird. In the process I downloaded the setup file for Thunderbird Setup 148.0 and installed that version. It later auto-updated to 148.0.1. Before installation, I removed all external connections from my Yahoo account and completely removed Thunderbird from my PC, including the profile and profile.ini. When I reinstall and switch the account to POP3, Thunderbird captures the App password from Yahoo and connects just fine. But it still times out while attempting the first download of a message. The first several times it timed out, an error message was displayed but now it doesn't show anything. Except no messages are downloaded.

At this point, I don't know what else to try. Since I don't have much experience with Thunderbird, I don't know how to troubleshoot the process (logs to look at, etc.). I don't want to go back to Outlook but I need the email client to work and download messages. Any help would be much appreciated.

I need a filter on a message to FULLY FINISH before a next message starts to be filtered. The "help" (quotes because it's an abyssal crap) says that simply ending the filter with Stop Filter Execution does it - but that's simply NOT TRUE: calling a console program in the filter, I can see five DOS boxes opening at the same time with five messages matching, i.e. the filters on the next message DID NOT wait! So... what can I do??

All of the above is because I'm getting "Too many simultaneous connections on the server". I'd like to limit the concurrency, but it only seems to be possible in IMAP, while this connection is a POP. Why only IMAP??!
