Att made me change my account password. Now Thunderbird cannot access messages. I have entered the new password in out going and incoming but there seems to be more to this than that because nothing happens. Where do I have to put in new passwords? Thanks so much. Marjorie

Hi, I have Firefox for Android running on my Samsung Galaxy S23 and the windows version on my PC. Both are logged in to the same Firefox account and are syncing fine. On my PC, the password manager is working as expected and autofilling website passwords.

However, on my phone, I can't seem to get the autofill to work. I have been needing to go into the password manager and copy the password every time. It will ask to save the password and the password manager has everything stored as expected. Tried various things like logging in and logging out but nothing has fixed it. I did notice that Samsung Pass often pops up during the website login process and was wondering if this could be the reason Firefox password manager is not working for autofill.

I have been advised by BMO bank that the notice: "Error code: AK_DNY - 76.144.82.174" when trying to access their site "https://usdigital.bmo.com/www/#/need-help" means that Firefox will not communicate effectively with them. They suggested I use Google Chrome or a microsoft product-I use neither! I finally accessed using Safari. I really want to continue to use GFirefox, which I have been using for several years now.

I'm watching a movie and every around 2 minutes the movie stops and says you aborted media playback. i have drm content checked, turned off acceleration, and allowed the website to autoplay. i have no adblockers or security protectors activated on that site. and i am not using a vpn.

My Windows 11 laptop was upgraded (RAM and SSD) last weekend and I'm in the process of restoring it. Before I sent it in to upgrade, I used Norton to create a recovery backup and now have used that backup to populate my C: drive. The apps did not install. I downloaded the Thunderbird app through google chrome and re-created my accounts, but I no longer have the older emails, especially older SENT emails and any of my Archive folders. (I had an Archive of all my Inbox and Sent folders for each year back for years now.)

I have looked through the various support questions on this community forum but I can't figure out how to get my historical emails back.

BTW, I also have complete Norton backups of all my drives, but it is only the C: drive that is in question.

I have one event, a birthday, that I cannot dismiss or snooze the reminder for, thus far I have:

• deleted and re-created the Google Contact
• removed and re-added the birthday from the Contact
• deleted the contents of calendar-data
• removed and re-added Gmail and Google Calendars

I am have Thunderbird 141.0 (64-bit) running on Windows 11 Home 10.0.26100 Build 26100. I am using Thunderbird's native capability to support Google Calendar and have no add-ons installed.

Hi The company that provides my email service has migrated account over to a new service/server for emails connected to my domain stclears.com. Everything seems to be OK apart from a red alert on my screen. Please see attached images. Active 24 say it is nothing to do with them and I should contact yourselves. I have never seen this before. I have a small laptop I use when out of the office. It has very little memory. So for that copy of Thunderbird, I don't want all the old emails to be downloaded, just new and the few most recent, say two weeks or a month worth. Can I limit the downloads of old email or make them on demand?

I made a mistake. I set Local Folders / Disk Space to Deleted Messages older that 180 days, thinking that it would put them in trash were I could go through them and save the important ones after resetting Disk Space. Imagine my surprise when I discovered the trash was empty. Is there any way to recover these messages?

Hi I am not sure which topic this falls under but for some reason when click on Amazon in my previous sites in the search bar it says its amazon.co.uk but its actually amazon.com as shown in my picture. Is there a way to sort this as I have to remember not to click on it and type it.
