youtube videos play with FP disabled
Something odd happened today. I have FP disabled (never activate) but, yet on some videos on YouTube it will actually play them without prompting me activate FP. Most other videos will, correctly, tell me that FP needs to be activated. Could someone explain this to me. Thanks

If you want to disable the HTML5 media player then you can accomplish this by toggling these two media.*.enabled prefs to false on the about:config page
- media.windows-media-foundation.enabled
- media.directshow.enabled
Modified
Thanks for the reply. As long as HTML is secure than I don't have to deal with FP crashing/freezing FF
