Norton has tried to download the updates but no success, a patch can not be fixed. Can you please help?

I have been on-line with Norton and they have tried to download the new version of firefox, but a patch prevents the download from being successful. Can this be fixed? I am unable to safely access any site, whether I use firefox or Internex Explorer.

Thanks, Cathey

Try downloading the full setup instead of the stub installer.

I have not had experience with Norton blocking Firefox. Which is interesting seeing as I have all of my settings on max sensitivity. I don't know what your skill level is or what you have tried. You might try changing the settings. If you have been talking with Norton you have probable done this. My second suggestion would be to go to Mozilla and try to download a fresh copy. Hope this helps. Sorry to hear that you ran into problems.
