I think that device (LG-C195) runs BREW, not Android. So you cannot install Firefox on that phone.

LG uses their own proprietary browser on that phone. You cannot install any third party apps besides the ones that are on the phone by default. If you want to use Firefox, you can upgrade to a smartphone if your budget allows it. Other than that, use the browser LG provides.
