When I search, Virgin appears. I tried to remove it, but it doesn't appear as an Add-on and I can't activate Google. What can I do to remove Virgin, please?
On the home screen if I put in, say, "flowers" Virgin search appears!!! I didn't even use it! I followed the instructions on your help site... Tools - Add-ons. Google, Twitter etc. are greyed out. Virgin isn't there, so I can't remoove it. What do I do to get rid of it, please? ( I get my broadband from Virgin but have never used their search engine on my PC). Help, please!

Hi,
I take it you are using FFX on Android. Can you uninstall and reinstall the app?
Hope this helps!

Click the small down arrow next to the Search bar in Firefox, select Manage Search Engines, highlight and remove the Virgin engine
There isn't the small down arrow! On the white search bit only the right one. To the side of the search bar there is refresh, bookmark star and settings .
In addition, if I click on the "Enter Search or address" bar it immediately turns Virgin orange round the edges which it didn't used to do.
