what can i do about the camera crashing on zte firefox open
The camera app performed o k for about two weeks but when icon pressed now the screen goes black / blank on pressing the camera image a message saying "camera just crashed" appears tried reset but to no avail, should i send it back or is there a solution.

Hi Mohammed sorry for the delay in answering i'm new to forums and couldn't find my way back. The day after receiving the answer to my question i did the hard reset twice just to make sure as the camera didn't work after the first time, second time was also to no avail. The message " camera Just crashed" appearing after the camera icon was pressed at the bottom of the blank screen. However the following day I was checking out the phone again and to my surprise the camera opened up and was able to take a picture without a crash, so can only assume the hard reset contributed to the camera working again but the result was not immediate.
