i AM TRYING TO DOWNLOAD A TRAINING VIDEO OFF THE INTERNET AND i WAS TOLD i NEEDED TO USE "DOWNLOAD HELPER' TO DO THAT? HOW DO I USE IT TO AND RECORD THE VIDEO?

If the Video DownloadHelper is detecting videos on a web page then it's toolbar icon on the left of the location bar is animated (you see spinning balls) and you can click the icon to see which item are available for downloading.
