why do my tablet and phone and desktop only show certain information and do not update upon command to sync on any device but just seemingly at rsndom

Like, the tabs I have opened wont show up on home always but instead seem to reflect an older time I was online. which is more like a history or some random links picked from it.


some information doesn't seem to sync ever, like history and bookmarks... but not always. just sometimes. and never when I need it to.


check boxes clicked to sync everything...


also... my tablet and phone don't seem to share with each other. just the desktop and only observed in regard to tabs
