A word processor such as Microsoft Word often has the best tools for specifying paper sizes and letting you place text precisely on the page, certainly better tools than a web browser. Can you copy and paste into a word processing document?

If you need a free program, check out OpenOffice.org and LibreOffice.

Please be aware that the installers for free software may suggest (or push) additional third party software you don't need to run the main program. You should examine each screen to include/exclude only the program(s) you want.
