I reformatted my PC and would like to setup sync on my new copy of Firefox except the only other device I have that is already connected to Sync is my Android with Firefox Mobile. Is there a way to get the sync key using Firefox Mobile so I can setup sync on my desktop or a way to pair my Desktop to my Android?

Hi!

I understand that you are trying to get the Sync Key from your phone to sync your Firefox for Android and Firefox for Desktop.

Fortunately, you don't need to use the Sync Key if the phone is still connected to Sync. You can use it to pair both devices with the Pairing key. To do that follow the steps explained in the article below:

How do I add a device to Firefox Sync?

You can look at this version of the about:synckey extension that I have modified to show the sync key in current Firefox versions (desktop and mobile).
