Unfortunately Apple Won't allow Firefox on any iDevice (iPad, iPhone, iPod, etc.). Firefox home is the closest you can get to Firefox on an Apple Device.

Sorry we don't have Firefox for iPad. We do have Firefox Home which allows you to see your Firefox bookmarks, history and open tabs on your iPhone or iPad. Read more about it here - What is Firefox Home for iOS (iPhone and iPad)?
