Domino 8.5.3 iNotes "send not sending" in Firefox 3.6, has this been addressed in ver. 9 ?

According to IBM Domino iNotes support, the Firefox failed to use the cached signed script, from Domino 8.5.3 iNotes, - signed script also could not be executed at that time, therefore the message was unable to be sent out. - Has this been fixed in Firefox 9 ?
